ARD Inc. is now accepting bids for the production of Public Service Announcements (video), in accordance with the following specifications:
4 broadcast-quality video public service announcements supporting the following themes:
- Peaceful participation in / support for land claims collection
-Reporting incidents of violence and intimidation
-Women’s rights to own land
-Women’s rights to participate in land claims collection
3 short animations (approx 30 s each) promoting dispute resolution
Work will begin as soon as the contract is awarded, to be completed before 12 October 2009. The Ita Nia Rai project can provide to the winning bidder one full-time video technician, one camera (Sony HDV1010i), two edit suites (FinalCutStudio2), and transportation to project activity sites.

Budget proposal
Portfolio / samples of recent work.
Proposals under US $8,000 will be considered. As part of the selection process, bidders may be requested to pitch ideas to the Public Information Team at a later time. No pitch needs to be included in the proposal.
