Independente, April 30, 2012 language source: Tetun - The Public Service Commission (KFP) has recently issued a letter to suspend Director General of Prime Minister’s Office, Flavia de Jesus, and Finance and Administration staff member, Adriano Cunha Gomes from their post but it is invalid.

The suspension letter against de Jesus and Gomes is invalid as they are carrying out their work as usual. KFP President Liborio Pereira affirmed that, actually both de Jesus and Gomes should quit from their posts in order to wait for the process of their case.

In response, Prime Minister Xanana Gusmao said that he only trusted in the Prosecutors and lawyer to provide evidences and truth. PM Gusmao said de Jesus and Gomes would quit their post if the court provided evidences proving that they were found guilty. “I have to respect things which created by my government so far, but we will see that the process of this case is going slowly,” PM Gusmao said.
