Students from Nino Konis Santana Secondary School in Ermera were given training for the first time by JSMP on the Rights of the Child and Access to Formal Justice



On 3 October 2017, JSMP conducted training for students from the Nino Konis Santana
Secondary School, Gleno, Ermera District on the rights of the child and access to formal justice.

This training was attended by 30 students in year I and II of high school, comprising 15 girls and
15 boys.

“This training was aimed at increasing the knowledge of students on the rights of the child, types of crimes against children and how children can access formal justice. This training is important for students, to provide them with references to increase their knowledge, and can allow them to avoid these crimes,” said Luis de Oliveira Sampaio, Executive Director of JSMP.
