So a lot of policing is similar to POLRI strategies.<br /><br />And millions of hard-earned taxpayer dollars from wealthy countries have been wasted on UNPOL. <br /><br />As they say: "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink".Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
