Suara Timor Loro Sa'e, January 31, 2011 language source: Tetun - The State Secretariat for Security (SES) is planning to regulate martial art clubs in Timor-Leste in order to reduce the number of conflicts created by martial art club' members in the country.
State Secretary for Security, Francisco da Costa Guterres, said he had held a meeting with President Horta talking about the creation of legislation to regulate martial art clubs.
"During the meeting we presented our plans to President Horta," Guterres said. Guterres made the comments after meeting with President Horta last Thursday (27/1) at the Presidential Palace.
