Suara Timor Lorosae, June 1, 2012 language source: Tetun - Deputy of the Timorese Human Rights and Justice Ombudsmen (PDHJ) Silverio Pinto affirmed that they already submitted the case of 88 cars of the Parliament to the Public Prosecution for further legal proceedings.
“PDHJ carries out its work based on its mandate like firstly receiving cases and opening cases after the investigation process, and then we recommended it to the public Prosecution,” Pinto said.
PDHJ also called on the National parliament and the Finance Ministry to improve their administrative system, adding that the procurement process should not be done based on the emergency reason.
