PNTL has identified police officers who involved in Baucau clash

East Timor Legal News 02/09/2011 Source: Diario Nacional 02 09 2011 - Timorese National Police Commander for the Department of Justice, Superintendent Jose Neto Mok, said that the police have identified two of its members who were suspected of being engaged in assaulting Baucau local resident Odete Varela.

"PNTL is still waiting for the victim because she is till traumatised; therefore we are still waiting for her to continue the  investigation," commander Mok said. Right now the justice department is still waiting to have statements from the victim, he said.
