UN police to hand over responsibility in four districts RTTL 20 March 2009 - Prime Minister Xanana Gusmao said that the first phase of the handing over responsibility from the UN police (UNPol) to the Timorese National Police (PNTL) would be held in the Districts of Alieu, Lautem, Manatuto and Ainaro.

On my view, Young group need to lead by government by let them to join more activitys as national service[join army],police and studying so that can guild them well. when malaysia and singapore just independent faced the same problems . from nelson kua.
