Discussion and vote on the Draft Decision on No. 11/II ( "Operation of the Parliamentary Committees outside the normal operation of the National Parliament). The vote was 53 votes to 0 with 1 abstention. The Draft Resolution was adopted.

A Sessão Plenária de hoje foi presidida pelo I Vice-Presidente do Parlamento, Sr. Deputado Vicente da Silva Guterres, coadjuvado pela Secretária da Mesa, Sra. Deputada Maria Terezinha Viegas e I Vice-Secretária, Sra. Deputada Maria da Costa Exposto.

No Período de Antes da Ordem do Dia foi agendado o único assunto: “Informação sobre o requerimento relativo a apreciação Parlamentar do Decreto-Lei N.o 22/2008 de 16 de Julho, sobre a criação do Fundo de Estabilização Económica.

No Período da Ordem do Dia foram realizados os assuntos seguintes assuntos:

v Anúncio da admissão e baixa à Comissão de Assuntos Constitucionais, Justiça, Administração Pública, Poder Local e Legislação do Governo, da Proposta de Lei No. 11/II (“Protecção de Testemunhas”);

v Anúncio da admissão e baixa à Comissão de Assuntos Constitucionais, Justiça, Administração Pública, Poder Local e Legislação do Governo, da Proposta de Lei No. 12/II (“1a Alteração da Lei No. 8/2004, de 16 de Junho sobre o Estatuto da Função Pública”); a Mesa entregou ao Sr. Deputado Vital dos Santos como Vice-Presidente da Comissão A.

v Discussão e votação do Projecto de Deliberação No. 11/II sobre (“Funcionamento das Comissões Parlamentares fora do período normal de funcionamento do Parlamento Nacional”). O resultado da votação foi 53 votos a favor, 0 contra e 1 abstenção. Este Projecto de Deliberação foi aprovado.
