·      delimitation of the maritime boundary

·      agreement on the legal status of the Greater Sunrise gas field

·      the establishment of a Special Regime for Greater Sunrise,

·      establishing pathways for

o   development of Greater Sunrise

o   sharing of the resulting revenue
