Public Prosecution yet to summon Brigadier Ruak: Longinhos Monteiro Radio Televisaun Timor Leste 6 November 2008 - Timorese Prosecutor General Longinhos Monteiro, said until now the Public Prosecution was yet to summon Timorese Defense Force (F-FDTL) Commander, Brigadier General Taur Matan Ruak to face inquiry, because there was a technical problem.
