A Sessão Plenária de hoje foi presidida pelo I Vice-Presidente do Parlamento Nacional Sr. Deputado Vicente da Silva Guterres (CNRT), coadjuvado pela II Vice-Presidente do Parlamento Nacional Sra. Deputada Maria Paixão da Costa (PSD), I Vice-Secretária da Mesa Sra. Deputada Maria da Costa Exposto (PSD) e II Vice-Secretária da Mesa Sra. Deputada Teresa Maria de Carvalho (PD).
O I Vice-Presidente do Parlamento Nacional informou que o Senhor Presidente da República queria ter encontro com todos os Chefes das Bancadas Parlamentares, mas, isso ficava sem efeito porque a Comissão D, Comissão de Agricultura, Pescas, Florestas, Recursos Naturais e Ambiente, ainda estava visitando o Mar de Timor. Ele pediu a compreensão dos Deputados sobre este compromisso.
O Sr. Dep. Natalino dos Santos (CNRT) expressou que no processo da revisão do Regimento incluiria a matéria de quórum e o Presidente da Mesa respondeu-lhe que nesse momento o Parlamento está nomeando técnicos e assessores para esse fim.
No período de Antes da Ordem do Dia foram realizadas as informações seguintes:
- Informação sobre a retorna de mandato do Senhor Deputado Cornélio Gama (L-7).
- Declaração Política da Bancada Parlamentar da FRETILIN sobre alimentação, Fundo de Segurança Alimentar e Fundo de Stabilização Económica.
- A Declaração Política da Bancada Parlamentar de PUN não foi realizada.
- Informações dos Deputados sobre as necessidades e problemas do povo de acordo com as informações que eles tomaram, principalmente sobre condições dos vendedores do Mercado de Comoro, só um projeto em curso por 3 companhias, alocação de orçamento ao Jardim de Colmera, falta de realidade de compra de arroz pelo Governo anterior e dúvida sobre o paradeiro do dinheiro do arroz vendido pelo mesmo, vistos dos estudantes timorenses na Indonésia, atuação da PNTL no Bairro de Quintal-Quic, execução de caça de veados pelo Ministro de Cmomércio e Indústria, Sr. Gil Alves no Distrito de Same, respostas em defesa do Sr. Gil Alves pelo Sr. Deputado Natalino dos Santos, Sra. Deputada Rosa Bisoi Câmara e Sr. Deputado Alberto da Silva, comunidade chinesa em TL, entregue de armas ilegais pela comunidade do Distrito de Oecusse a PNTL, venda das armas ilegais da comunidade de Oecusse pela PNTL aos Malaes por US$ 25.000,00 cada e as intervenções dos Deputados sobre as mesmas armas de Oecusse impedindo a venda e desejando a conservação delas no Muséu Nacional.
No período da Ordem do Dia foi abordado o único assunto:
“Discussão e votação, na generalidade e especialidade, da Proposta de Lei n.o 11/II (“Proteção de Testemunhas”).”
Este assunto não foi realizado depois do jantar.
O Presidente da Mesa informou que a Mesa tinha recebido informação da Presidente da Comissão A Sra. Deputada Fernanda Borges (PUN) que a Comissão ainda não aprovou a Proposta de Lei n.o 11/II por motivo de quórum e por isso o relatório parecer também ainda não foi concluído.
O Presidente da Mesa solicitou à Comissão A para apresentar a aprovação da Proposta de Lei n.o 11/II (“Proteção de Testemunhas”) e o seu relatório parecer na Sessão Plenária Extraordinária da Quinta-Feira de 13 de Novembro de 2008. Fim.
