We are pleased to announce that the website of the Ministry of State Administration and Territorial Management (MSATM) was officially launched on 10 October 2008 at http://www.estatal.gov.tl. The website has content in both English and Tetun, and contains information about all areas of MSATM work, and is being updated daily with new information.
