Regional PDHJ in Maliana receive twelve cases during 2009 Suara Timor Lorosa’e, March 2, 2010 language source: Tetun - The PDHJ’s coordinator in Maliana, Carvarinho dos Santos, has said that the Timorese Human Right and Justice Ombudsmen (PDHJ) in Maliana has received twelve cases where four cases from Bobonaro, four from Kovalima and four from Ermera districts during 2009.
Mr. dos Santos said the most cases they got were about land dispute, maladministration and indication of human right violation committed by Government’s official.
Mr. dos Santos added that the twelve cases been handed over to the PDHJ in the national for further legal charge.
